Aviation Purchasing Analyst

Aeronautic Investments, Inc. is a fast growing young company that provides solutions for the aircraft industry with aircraft parts and supplies, repair logistic management, engineering consulting, and logistics to customers in Latin America.

We are looking for a purchasing or procurement analyst with experience in aviation, to perform tasks on the following areas:

CRM Management

Process incoming requests from customers
Administration of Quantum Control software
Collaborate with sales staff processing customer quotes and contracts
Implement marketing strategies to identify and target potential clients

Business Support

Manage and negotiate purchase orders with vendors.
Develop vendor quotes, negotiate prices, select vendors.
Recognize aviation market conditions and opportunities.
Perform value analysis on cost, price and alternate methods of procurement.
Determine ways to secure lower costs, better quality, improved deliveries and opportunities for company wide agreements.
Relationship development with key distribution partners

Qualifications:

Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics.
3+ years experience in vendor purchasing with civil or military aviation
Project Management experience prefered
Experience working with an aircraft operator a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong Word and Excel skills.
Experience with Quantum Control software
Experience using online sources such as ILS, Partsbase and other websites.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Detail oriented and time management skills
